Flat Fee: We charge a flat fee of $795, regardless of the price of the home. If you have a
realtor, then our fee is only $595.00. We will meet with you to discuss the transaction and the
legal requirements, discuss the possible financial sales options with you, prepare earnest
money agreements for you to use with potential buyers. Review earnest money agreements
that are submitted to you, assists in setting up escrow, review title reports and explain any
issues that arise, prepare and advise you regarding the terms of any real estate contract that
you may want to negotiate with a buyer, Prepare any escrow instructions that may be required
in addition to the standard instructions.

Payment Terms
Flat Fee Matters: We know that you have a lot of costs in buying or selling a home. In order to
reduce your out of pocket expenses, we require that only one half of the fee is due on signing the
attorney representation agreement. The other half is due on closing the transaction and payable
through escrow.
Hourly Rates: If Services are necessary over and above the standard flat fee, then you will be
billed at 75% of our hourly rate. A retainer may be required, depending on the issue and the
status of the sale of the property. Please call for more information. If you have not purchased the
Flat Fee service, then we are happy to discuss any real estate matter you have at our standard
hourly rate. Rates vary from $175/hour to $250/hour depending on the attorney.
